Breakfast could have started a little earlier, 7:00 instead of 7:30. Great made-to-order breakfast!

Good location but unfortunate they don’t prioritize hygiene… Overall the hotel is nice and is in a convenient location that is very walkable. Room and bathroom are both spacious. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t cleaned after being out all day from 8:30 until after 3pm, and was only cleaned after asking reception about it. Even then, wasn’t very thoroughly cleaned; they didn’t replace any towels, water, Kleenex or even take out the garbage. No evening turn down service either. Surprising housekeeping practices considering they are one of the “leading hotels of the world” and “luxury”. Felt overpriced for bare minimum service. Disappointing experience.

Très bel hôtel situé au cœur du centre-ville. Très propre, lit confortable, personnel très poli et accueillant. Par contre, l’hôtel héberge des événements privés, avec des soirées dansantes très bruyantes, ce qui fait qu’il est presque impossible de dormir. Et ce, tant au niveaux supérieurs. Comment apprécier son séjour quand on cherche à relaxer, se reposer? Le samedi soir le boum boum s’est terminé à 3h du matin, et le dimanche, à minuit. Nous avons demandé des bouchons pour les oreilles et sommes repartis plus fatigués qu’a notre arrivée. Donc à vous de me dire comment noter notre expérience.

Seems like it would have been a nice place when it first opened, but there were a ton of issues with the room. Doors that don’t close properly, missing cupboard handles, duct tape on the floor, shoddy construction work all around which is really starting to show. The coffee was also a major disappointment. They have good beans on offer from a local roaster, but the supplies to make the coffee (coffee maker and pour-over set) aren’t up to the task. The coffee maker especially was nearly impossible to figure out and constantly came out watery and bitter. On the plus side, communication with the staff was alright, in-suite laundry was a nice touch, and the gym was well equipped enough for a short stay. I would recommend staying somewhere else in the area given the price.

This is someone’s home so you are staying in a bed room either with a private bath or shared bath. They have one cute cat that is quiet. The hosts are teachers and are extremely nice and helpful! I took the bus and train there from the airport with my luggage and then took bus train and then bus to everywhere. It’s only $3.50 to take public transportation including transfers within 90 minutes. The house is close to all bus stops, within 5 to 15 minutes of walking. This is a very nice and quiet neighborhood with huge houses. I slept very well at night because the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet and peaceful! It is also a lot cheaper than hotels.
