found the door locks a challenge. Could have used a dish drying rack. TV channel selection was excellent..! When you first arrive, it is a little hard to find the front desk reception. Staff was excellent in responding to questions, as well as friendly. Great location, sound-proof, but close to 5th Ave. Very clean and well maintained. Good value.

It’s going down hill over last few years needs maintenance overpriced

Well maintained property. Abundant pool space so you never feel crowded. Family friendly. I was there for my birthday week however, I was sick. The staff went above and beyond to do everything they could to ensure I had a relaxing "recovery vacation".

Love this private place. Beach was gorgeous and clean. Rooms were comfy, modern and comfortable. Bedding was ultra luxurious.

We recently stayed at the Family Selection section of Grand Palladium Kantenah and had a great overall experience. The resort is beautiful, very tropical, and perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The Family Selection service made the trip feel more comfortable and convenient, especially with the family-friendly amenities and quieter atmosphere. The food overall was very good for an all-inclusive resort. The buffet had plenty of variety, and our favorite restaurant was definitely La Paisana — the food felt the most authentic and flavorful during the trip. The à la carte restaurants were decent, but we felt they could be a little more consistent in quality and service. One of the biggest surprises was the Bravo Show. We didn’t expect too much at first, but the performances, music, and energy were much better than expected and became one of the highlights of our stay. The pools, beach, and resort grounds were all excellent, and the staff were friendly and hardworking throughout the vacation. Overall, Family Selection provided a very enjoyable and relaxing family experience with good food, great entertainment, and a beautiful resort atmosphere. We would definitely consider coming back again.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — every staff member was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The Excellence Club experience was absolutely worth it. The private areas were peaceful and luxurious, the upgraded amenities made the stay even more relaxing, and the personalized service truly made us feel valued. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained with an amazing view. The food exceeded expectations throughout the resort, especially at Dommo and Le Petit Plaisir. Both restaurants offered outstanding meals, beautiful presentation, and top-tier service that truly elevated our experience. Every dinner felt special, and the attention to detail from the staff was remarkable. A very special thank you to Julieta and Elsa from Dommo for their kindness and exceptional service. We also want to give a huge thank you to the amazing professionals Victor, Emmanuel and Elias, who made our stay even more memorable with their outstanding hospitality and dedication.

I had an amazing stay at TAGO Tulum. The room was spacious, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. I loved the his-and-her sinks and shower setup, plus the separate toilet room for extra privacy. The plunge pool was also very spacious, and the staff cleaned it quickly anytime I requested without a long wait. The food was fresh and good every time, and room service was surprisingly fast. The hotel itself is stunning and gives such a peaceful luxury vibe. I went during heavy seaweed season, but that honestly didn’t stop my trip at all. I can’t take away points for nature. The few bugs I saw didn’t bother me either — we are literally in the jungle, and this was their home before the hotel was built. I only saw maybe two during my entire stay. One thing I loved was the location. It’s walking distance to beach clubs and restaurants if you don’t mind a 5–15 minute walk. I stayed here solo while celebrating my graduation, so it was the perfect balance of peaceful alone time and fun. During the day I relaxed and enjoyed my room, and when I wanted to party I went to Taboo Tulum or took the ADO bus to Cancun for about $35 round trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel for solo travelers who want peace and relaxation or for couples looking for a beautiful getaway.
