Amazing resort! We stayed here for 4 nights and I wish we had booked for longer. We arrived a couple hours before check in time, but we were advised that our room was ready! Variety of dining options, a cafe and bars. Our favorite was Takeshi and Kopai. Lots of available sun chairs, compared to other all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at, no matter the time of day there was always a sun chair available. No one seemed to hog the chairs either, and staff is attentive at making sure that if a chair...

This property was hard to find something wrong .Rooms were clean and spacious ,excellent dining options and the staff was amazing . I would come back in a heart beat. It was easy to navigate around the resort . The availability of seating under the umbrellas were awesome . Planning ro be back next year .

This was a great vacation spot. Everything was amazing from the friendly staff to the many great food options. Almost every meal was amazing. Also note that not once did this resort try to upsell a time share in any way. I greatly appreciate that.

We had booked a 7-day all-inclusive holiday at Villa Del Palmar during Christmas. When we arrived to check in, they upgraded us to their sister resort adjacent to Villa Del Palmar, the 5-star Garza Blanca. We had access to the amenities of both resorts. A beautiful resort with great food options

All the staff are so nice here. Elias was awesome he helped make the trip special. Our last breakfast we had on vacation he was so sweet and brought us some dessert shots on a cute plate.

Overall experience was great! Food, service, staff, amenities all just wonderful!

My wife and I hadn't been at an all exclusive for at least 10 years following multiple disappointing 5 star experiences. We decided to give Hotel Mousai a try for a short 5 day trip to wind off and get away from our kids. We were overwhelmed by the quality of everything Mousai has to offer. I loved my stay here last week for many reasons: 1) Value for the money--luxurious ambiance at low price. 2) Super friendly staff. Especially the concierge who called a taxi for me, and it came within 3 minutes. Next day they notified me when my tour van was coming up the driveway to the lobby. Beautiful property, has a lot of character, I loved the AC it was nice and cold, balcony was beautiful. However, no elevator only stairs (to carry out your bags). No offer for water and drinks. There is a lil shop you can buy some drinks.

Food was good, clean place, good customer service. The only thing that we didn’t like is to pay every time to sit next to the pool. When we booked we chose all inclusive, but it didn’t seem like it because we have to pay everyday to join the seat on the pool
