PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The small holiday house is located on the small island Ist, about 20 nautical miles off Zadar directly by the sea. The island of IST has less than 200 permanent inhabitants and these live primarily from fishing, sea driving and tourism. The island is autofrei so that one can reach only with the passenger boat or with the own boat to the island. The car must be parked on the mainland. Especially divers and hobby fishermen, it attracts to IST as here the fishiness enormous and the underwater world is very versatile. But also boaters and people who are looking for peace in general like to come to the picture-beautiful island with its intact nature both on land and under water. In the village, there are two foodstuffs, two cafes, a pizzeria and three restaurants, as well as the history-steeped village architecture and the ancient streets. For a certain variety is thus provided in spite of the seclusion. The seabed in the distance is in and around IST mostly sandy, the beaches are mostly flat sloping so that also children and non-swimmers come at their expense. The house is located only 25 meters from the sea on the southern Dorfrand of Ist. The friendly landlords live on the ground floor and rent only one apartment on the 1st floor to guests. This is embedded in a beautiful garden with palm trees, as well as typical Mediterranean plants and shrubs. There is also an outdoor grill with sun-sheltered garden terrace. It is possible to arrange an excursion by arrangement. It is also possible to hire bicycles.
