This 52 m² apartment offers a comfortable and practical stay for up to 5 guests. Located on the ground floor and accessible via a short outdoor staircase with five steps, the accommodation is otherwise set entirely on one level. With a bright living area, fully equipped kitchen, balcony with mountain views, and useful storage options, it is a pleasant choice for families or small groups.Living area: The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa with a chaise lounge, a separate armchair, a coffee table, and a television. Cupboard space around the TV provides convenient storage for personal belongings during the stay.Dining area: Next to the living room, the bright dining area offers seating for up to six people, creating a pleasant space for shared meals.Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle, offering everything needed to prepare meals and hot drinks with ease.Bedroom: The bedroom features a double bed of 180x200 cm with bedside tables and lighting, as well as a single bunk bed of 90x200 cm above it. A wardrobe and shelving unit provide practical storage for clothes and luggage.Additional sleeping space: For extra guests, the fold-out bed in the living room offers two additional sleeping places of 90x200 cm each.Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, washbasin with mirror, and toilet, providing everything needed for everyday comfort.Outdoor space: The 8 m² balcony is furnished with two chairs and offers beautiful views over the Kahler Asten mountain landscape, making it a lovely place to enjoy the fresh mountain air.Practical amenities: A communal washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. The accommodation also includes a garage for safe storage of ski equipment or rented bicycles, as well as parking directly in the garage.Family and pets: For families with young children, a high chair and a cot of 70x140 cm are available. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Some accommodations offer access to a shared swimming pool or a nearby one. All pools are heated.A deposit of €100 is required through a SEPA authorization form, sent in advance and filled in at check-in. The form allows us to deduct up to €100 in case of damage. If no charges are made, the SEPA form automatically expires.The rental price includes energy costs.Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and reflected in your reservation summary or invoice.Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture are included in the price.A crib or high chair is available on request.Young groups and parties are not allowed.
