I hope you book with me, I would be so happy to host you! ——- The mother-in-law suite is attached to the main house. The entrance is on the side of the house, about halfway down the driveway. There are 2 additional suites in the back of the property, and I live in the main house most of the year. Overall guests are considerate of one another and it stays pretty quiet. While I live in the front, I keep a busy schedule so I won’t be up in your business :) But, I will be right on top of it if you have any issues during your stay! Please note - This is an older neighborhood but it is incredibly safe, we have no crime here. The location is incredible, less than a mile to the intracoastal and the bridge @ Mar-a-lago to Palm Beach Island. Quick and easy access to Palm Beach Municipal Beach, Lake Worth Beach, and our incredibly charming downtown West Palm Beach. Under 10 minutes to the airport. Uber typically arrives within 5 minutes. I was traveling solo and working remotely during my visit, and this place was the perfect setup for both work and life.The space was spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable — exactly what I needed for focused work during the day. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the overall environment made it easy to settle into a productive routine without distractions.It was nice to dip in the spa/pool. And the backyard gets great sun throughout the day.Salthaus worked beautifully as a home base for the rest of my trip. The location made it easy to head out and see friends and work associates, then come back to a calm, peaceful place to recharge. If you like to walk, there are nice coffee shops and lunch spots within a mile or so.Lauren was a wonderful host — responsive, clear, and thoughtful in her communication, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property, especially for anyone traveling solo, working remotely, or looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay. ##### Vincent V. We felt very safe which I was worried about being a young guest, but had no issues. Lauren always responded very quickly and was very attentive. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is conveniently located near the cutest shopping area, Clemantis St. Only 15 min from Singer Island so you get a little quaint downtown experience plus beach proximity.
