Large yard and concrete slab for outdoor games, fire and so much more. Window AC, heat, WIFI, Amazon and Netflix TV. Home is located close to 2 neighborhood bar and grills. Boat launch close for a small fee, park with playground and beach with working restrooms. Just a short drive to downtown Warsaw with all the lovely shops from Antiques to Boutiques and eating establishments!
