Inside, the open floor plan features a custom kitchen with granite countertops and all the accessories needed for an effortless stay, including a Keurig coffee maker. Ceiling fans in every room enhance comfort, while the living room offers a 60-inch plasma TV, and all bedrooms are equipped with their own TVs. Enjoy your favorite movies with the VCR/DVD player, or challenge friends to a game at the foosball table for at-home entertainment. Free WiFi and a full-size washer/dryer are also provided. This gated complex is situated in the heart of Sandbridge, offering convenient walking access to the beach, a local market stocked with anything you might need, as well as restaurants and seaside shops. On the grounds, you'll find a large courtyard featuring an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a fitness room equipped with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators for easy access. Things to Know Smoking is prohibited. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage. This includes Lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-Ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. City/town permit number: 2024-STRR-01209 You must be 21 years or older to rent this property. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Easy to get to, property staff were great, communcation as a whole was so easy. The view of the ocean and we could walk right across the street to the beach, or to the Seaside Market for donuts and anything else we forgot. And last but not least the Ultimate Uno game was the funnest we've ever played as a family (kuddos to the writer!). We'd love to stay here again! ##### Cheryl M. Now it’s almost 10pm and trying to call and figure out what is going on. After two phone calls and texting with someone we finally got the code for the exterior doors so we could get to our room.
