The view from the balcony was stunning, overlooking the pool, stream, and ski lift. We could watch the skiers coming down the mountain! It had everything we needed from box fans to humidifiers which helped our dry skin. The room was clean and met our needs accordingly. Would definitely stay in this room again! The only thing I would fix is a way to close the sky light upstairs. We never could figure that out. The lodge is also excellent...they were always available to run us into town and had free wine and cheese on Friday. Super friendly staff that knew our names the first day. I realized the day before our flight that I had mistakenly booked the condo for exactly one week later. It was a huge and embarrassing mistake. I sent an emergency message in the app and then called the property and left an urgent message with the assistant general manager. I received an automated bot text reply and nothing else - crickets. I then rented a two bedroom condo nearby via Hotels.com that was great and heard nothing but automated emails from Vacasa.
