Overall it was a great experience: Large balcony ideal for lounging and reading with the surf in the background. Nice large room and generously sized kitchen area. We cook most of our own meals when traveling so this was a big plus. Nice sitting area and new 4k TV for movie nights after long days on the beach. Located near everything! Cons: Bathroom doorknobs did not lock and need to be repaired and replaced. Lots of noise in the parking lot during day hours - guy selling his surfing lessons, guy riding his bike by blaring loud music. If noise on the balcony between 9 and 5 is a problem for you it might be advisable to seek other options. For us it wasn't a big issue but enough to be noticeable. ##### David C.
