It is only one block to the Atlantic Ocean, has amazing outdoor spaces, and hears the waves crashing at night - True Tybee living at its finest! Park your cars, unpack, and unwind - You'll never want to leave! This slice of heaven features all of the conveniences one could wish for in a beach house. By entering on the first floor, you'll find the stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, hand laid brick flooring, and a spacious den perfect for gathering while preparing home-cooked meals. Upstairs, the airy living space offers an ample amount of comfortable seating for your entire party, with a sunroom attached. Just off of this space, you'll find 2 large bedrooms with beautiful barn doors, and vaulted ceilings. The home features two full bathrooms, thoughtfully located for convenience and guest privacy. On the first floor, you'll find a bathroom just off the kitchen, tucked between the kitchen and the laundry room. This setup is easily accessible from the main living areas and ideal for guests spending time on the main level. The second bathroom is located on the upper level, to the left at the top of the stairs. Looking back on the reviews - this was not the case as people as far back as April reported the shower was not usable upstairs. After two months you would think they would fix it!?!? Definitely not the cleanest place though - floors need to be cleaned/mopped in between tenants! Be sure to always wear shoes or your feet will turn black. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself was sufficient. It is located directly behind a busy street and restaurant, but that proved to be no issue at all. The layout of the house is odd, with the very small kitchen on the ground level and living upstairs. While the kitchen was small, it was well equipped. The pool area was great! However, we called to have it serviced after a massive rainstorm, we were denied. I believe that lack of attention led to algae growth by Friday of our stay. In reference to interaction with the management group, they called us about getting in the house for an AC work order, but we never called about that, so, that was just odd. In addition, they called about a realtor showing the house during our stay, asking us to leave for a period of time. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, amazing outdoor space, kitchen right off of the patio was so convenient. We left painted shells by the tree and hope others follow our lead! The back yard needs gardened and cut back every time the wind blows leaves and dirt gets in the pool. The kitchen is small and worked for us. The house has 2 bedrooms but has multiple couches with pull out beds. The location is great. The upstairs bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working emailed to have it fixed when we left. Apr 19, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### Quaint little place This property was pretty perfect for my family of seven it is very cute and close to the beach there's a salt fish and beer bar right beside so if you don't like cars coming in and out a lot it might bother you it did not bother us however because I have two small children I will say there is not porch furniture upstairs like as shown in the pictures other than two little chairs one of the swinging chairs is missing an the other one is pretty rough looking the upstairs shower was out of order which was hard for my 70-year-old mother and even though it was chilly we took showers outside the pool was not heated like stated in the ad apparently the pool is only heated until April 1st which kind of crazy to me it was too cold most of the time to swim in an unheated pool luckily the first two days we were there it was still heated and we were able to swim once the heat was turned off we were not able to swim it is way too cold in April to not have a heated pool if you're going to offer one.we were told that the shower would not be fixed during our stay which is kind of a bummer and didn't even get offered a discount and I booked an extra night. other than those things, if the upgrades were made to the place I would definitely book again because it is very cute having the private pool is a big deal and being able to swim in it isn't even bigger deal the kitchen is very small and we had to use some of the dish cabinets to store Pantry food there's no carpet a make sure ##### Amanda B.
