We stayed at Punta Piedra Beach Posada for 4 days and three nights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and concluded it was the perfect “in-between” place to stay. Meaning, it was not one of those super boogie hotels but was much nicer and accommodating than an eco hotel or hostel. It was the perfect in between and we loved it. It was quiet and peaceful for that relaxing feel but close enough to restaurants and the south beach filled with day clubs. For the price, compared to others, this hotel has everything you’d need during a beach vacation. The front desk was receptive to questions and guided us on how to best navigate the island. The service was just enough. They did not try to push anything onto us which was greatly appreciated. Mi Vida Cafe next door was also an added bonus and their staff was fantastic. Free breakfasts each morning was a delight. The biggest pro was definitely location. Close to ATV/bike rentals, good food and the beach.
