Overall, the stay was okay, but I expected more for a boutique 4-star hotel. Breakfast was included, but honestly, it could be much better. The coffee tasted very weak, almost like water. Sometimes the fruit was sliced extremely thin, to the point it was almost transparent. When I mentioned this to the staff, nothing was changed and my plate was not replaced. On one occasion, there was also a chipped plate, and when I pointed it out to the waiter, there was no reaction. There were also hygiene concerns — at times the chef would cut onions and then fruit, which affected the taste of the fruit. Another issue was that one of the staff members started cleaning around 10:30, even though breakfast is served until 11:00. The cleaning products had a very strong chemical smell, and one day it even caused an allergic reaction for me. Additionally, there was an issue with ants — I noticed a large number of ants coming from the wall in one of the corners of the room, which was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very kind and helpful — they really made the stay better. The room was always clean and well maintained. However, for a 7-night stay, only two coffee capsules were provided in the room, which also feels below the standard expected from a 4-star hotel. Overall, the hotel has potential, but more attention should be given to service quality, especially the breakfast staff and kitchen practices. I hope the hotel can improve these areas in the future.

The staff was great and the hotel is nice. the the pools are not good no one wants to swim in them not a good design layout. Super small. Coffe is waterdown but that seems to be everywhere in tulum. I would recommend to improve the complimentary breakfast. People only eat it once. Not gross but not great

I was not informed that they had a curfew and that the entrance gate would lock at a certain time. This was very scary for me as I arrived from a night out to find the gate had a lock and chain on it. This was shortly after midnight. I was not able to enter, I called management on what’s app. Eventually someone opened the gate at 6am. I had a penthouse suite and I asked them to reimburse for the night I spent outside. Beautiful hotel, the staff was polite and helpful most of the tim I would not recommend planning the ride from the airport to the hotel when you arrive. We did so and were told it was 100USD which we agreed to. I understand the hotel hires a driver from another company, so how bad it went is probably not entirely their fault but it went terrible (the driver started texting and calling me an hour before the plane landed - yes we were in the plane - then left when we were not out 10 minutes after landing. We had to wait 40 minutes for him to drive back. Everything was through Whatsapp so there was no way I could receive anything before connecting to wifi). There was little to no apologies from the driver or the hotel staff. When asked to pay at the front desk, the staff told us it was 2000 pesos or 100USD for the ride. We are Canadian and so do not carry USD and wanted to pay in pesos but the conversion at the time of our visit should have been about 1700 pesos instead of 2000 pesos. We were upset that they tried to have us pay more than agreed upon. We also rented the bikes for a day. We left the hotel and realized one of the bike had the handles loose. We went back and they gave us another one. Unfortunately, that bike that they replaced got a flat. With great difficulty, we found someone on the side of the road to repair it as we were too far from the hotel. We mentioned it to the staff and brushed it off and didn’t offer to reimburse the fee we had to pay to fix the tire.

Hotel à taille humaine, tranquille et calme. La piscine sur le toit est très petite et pas très engageante celle du jardin est également très petite et très sombre. La chambre n’est absolument pas isolée, on entendait les conversations des voisins comme s'ils étaient dans notre propre chambre. Vélos loués 300 pesos mexicains pour une journée en très mauvais état. (Pas de freins, guidon qui bouge, béquille qui ne tient pas....je l'ai signalé mais ça n’a pas eu l'air de concerner le personnel.. Personnel nonchalant hormis la jeune fille de l’accueil, souriante et très aimable. Petit déjeuner correct.

Elevado el costo para lo que ofrece el hotel. Las albercas no tienen agua calinete. El cuarto que rente tenia una pequeña alberca y tampoco manejaba caldera. Y pagar por eso sin poder usarla creo que no los vale. Adicional a eso la primer noche no realizaron la limpieza y les tuve que preguntar porque no lo hicieron y hasta ese momento me dijeron que porque se les daño algo de lavanderia lo cual lo veo injusticado porque ni siquiera recogieron o tendieron la cama.
