Great staff, a beautiful room, and testy breakfast! The area is quiet and very walkable. The only downside is we were in PH 2 and the AC can’t keep up with the heat of the afternoon.

My wife and I spent the week there and had a great time. The room was very modern and spacious. The staff took great care of us. The room was very clean and had everything we needed to have a great stay. The housekeeping was excellent. The area was great and a short walk to restaurants in Aldea Zama. Again, we had a great stay there.

The rooms and amenities are GREAT! The food was okay, but not very many choices and the taste was edible. The cleaning and front desk staff were helpful and gracious. The dining staff, both for dinner and breakfast di not seem very happy at all. Overall, I would definitely book again.

The staff was great and the hotel is nice. the the pools are not good no one wants to swim in them not a good design layout. Super small. Coffe is waterdown but that seems to be everywhere in tulum. I would recommend to improve the complimentary breakfast. People only eat it once. Not gross but not great

This property is nice and in a quieter, developing part of Tulum. It is about a 20 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to the town for dining and shopping options. Room was very clean and comfortable. A/C was so refreshing after walking around Tulum.
