Some of the staff are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed. I had some great moments and some terrible ones so it’s a real mixed bag. They provide great grounds, the beach is amazing and it’s a good value for being in the park it felt like a once in a lifetime exp for sure. I loved it. So fun. The artwork is stunning, but the room was bad. I room had barely enough lighting. There was no fan except one built in above the bed. The shower was growing black mold. Yes the toxic kind. The downside was the very unpleasant smell coming from the cottages, making it difficult to sleep. The biggest problem was the restaurant and the service, especially one waiter who made a fuss about our tip being too low. It was stressful!
