Due to the proximity of this apartment to neighboring units, noise can travel between walls. Good news this is rarely a problem and can be shut out by closing doors and windows or using complimentary earplugs. A/C in one bedroom, in the living room and one huge evap cooler for the whole house. While there is A/C here, Tucson weather can be extremely hot and our A/C's have difficulties cooling the whole home when this happens. Please do consider this when you book. Very small house with painted concrete floors and an outdoor rug in the living room. Sign reminded us to do our own dishes.We were kind of last minute for the Tucson gem shows and there not much to select from that allowed dogs.
