This beachy, vibe third floor unit is a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring all the restaurants and shops. CitySide Lofts is centrally located in between East and West bay with access to beautiful parks and beaches. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The Space: Walk into our master bedroom that has a king size bed, flat screen tv, and a walk in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials. The guest bedroom has a queen bed along with a flat screen tv. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, each unit comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies. \*\*Pack 'n Play and high chair available upon request\*\* All of our smart TVs feature streaming capabilities only. Please feel free to access your own streaming service accounts while at CitySide Lofts. In the living room you will find a sleeper sofa along with a large flat screen tv. CitySide Lofts is just a few blocks away from downtown, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot. \*\*Each unit has one dedicated parking spot in our lot. Your unit number will match your space number. \*\*Please keep in mind that our condo is located within the city, on a high traffic road. This is perfect for walking to local attractions, but keep in mind that street noise should be expected. \*\*\*If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean, the fee is $70 and it can be scheduled after your booking. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send it over through the airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean. Please note that these units are dog friendly with a maximum of two dogs allowed. We try our best to keep hair allergens away but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. There is a $120 pet fee per booking. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friend. Please read the following rules if you plan to bring a dog or two with you on vacation. Please clean up after your furry friend, nobody likes stepping in poo. Supervise your pet at all times and make sure they are kept on a leash if necessary. Please bring your pet with you if you leave the condo. If you are unable to do so please make sure they are kept in a crate. Please respect the neighbors and keep the barking to a level zero as best as you can. If possible please do not allow your pets on the furniture unless you bring an extra sheet or towel for them to lay on. (This goes for the bed as well.) It is always a great idea to carry your pet vet records incase of an emergency. Please report any damages immediately. Most importantly we are so excited to host you and your furry friend! The Neighborhood: Tremendous location within walking distance of downtown Traverse City, with all the delightful restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and tidy, with a great location. I will mention that the decor is slightly different than the photos, but everything was comfortable and functioning. Of the two beds, the queen size bed was rather lumpy, but the king seemed to be higher quality. We also used the outdoor patio space with friends for the afternoon. Overall I would recommend! Clean and well-appointed. It was nice to have an ice-maker in the fridge and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, too. Even dishwasher tabs! We have stayed at a lot of places that have oils and spices in the kitchen cupboards to use for cooking, but this place seems new to VRBO, so it was sparkly clean, but know there is only salt and pepper--which is FINE! There are TONS of places to eat and drink (or order from!) within walking distance (\~20 minutes and you won't find a more picturesque walk). The beds were comfortable and we slept soundly every night. It was very quiet, but ear plugs were provided in each bedroom. The roof-top hangout was never busy! Night one, we contacted the rental agency to ask if our daughter could park a second car in the parking lot, as it was not full, and Riley got back to me within MINUTES--even on a Friday afternoon. A few suggestions: The trash can outside the building g to the right was overflowing upon our arrival and was never emptied during our stay. Same thing for the trash upstairs on the rooftop deck. Also there was trash on the ground on the rooftop deck and tables were dirty. The carpet on the stairs should be cleaned as well. Whoever was on the first floor, first unit on right and hallway was loud and partying well into the early am hours which woke me up.Unfortunately it seems not everyone is respecting quiet hours. For what we paid I expected better on some of the items mentioned above. Brought this to property managers attention and received polite apology and that it wouldn’t happen again.
