Super convenient location, walkable from Mahaima station on the monorail. Huge rooms and washroom (bigger than even most North American hotel rooms that we've stayed at) and very clean. The rest of the hotel is also really nice. Beds might be considered a little firm, but it was still comfortable. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Easy to get to, convenient airport shuttle service as well.

This hotel is located right by DisneySea and Disneyland Tokyo. The sole purpose of my stay was to sleep and the bed was so hard 2 out of the three of us hurt our necks. I had to fold the duvet over and double it and sleep on top of it to help add some cushion and it still hurt. If you’re use to a normal bed in the US, don’t stay here. It was painful. Also, the room was dated and had some cracks and mold in the shower. It’s not bad, it just needs a refresh. But the beds were awful.

The property is very conveniently located, the service is wonderful, room is very large, but the property has seen better days for sure. The “chi” energy level of the hotel was a bit off, of course you get what you paid for. If you are limited by your budget, it’s not a bad place to stay while visiting Tokyo Disney.

Overall a great place to stay ... would do so again! It felt like an older hotel ... paint peeling in the courtyard, outdated bathroom. But all very clean. Only true downfall ... limited places to eat. The restaurant had limites breakfast and dinner hours. No other restaurant nearby.

The hotel is nice, it gives old school Disney vibes. It is walkable to the monorail which is awesome. Staff is very friendly. The room was somewhat clean found ants in the room. Rooms are somewhat spaciousness ,good for a big family. I had triple beds of American full size but mattresses are very hard. Bathrooms are like in Vegas glass showed, bathtub, toilet together they give you all the amenities which is great no need to bring toiletries.
