This two-story home is located on the Harts Neck peninsula, on a wooded piece of property with views of the Atlantic from its yard and walking paths up above the ocean. It's a setting that's incredibly quiet yet also convenient. Take a day trip on the breathtaking Monhegan Boat Line from Port Clyde (five miles), attend the Maine Lobster Festival in Rockland (16 miles), or simply admire the beautiful harbors of Rockport (22 miles) and Camden (24 miles) to the north. Whether you spend your time sailing, lighthouse-peeping, or taking scenic drives, this home provides a wonderful space to begin and end each day. Sip your morning coffee in a rocking chair on the screened porch, light the gas grill for afternoon barbecues, and cap your evenings cuddled up by the firepit with s'mores roasting over the flames.
