"Staffs were wonderful , very clean clean kimono every day , food was good water tea and coffee also matcha available all the time . Hot springs , natural hot springs, sauna and steam room available , at any time . Respect the culture no shoes, but locker provided for shoes. Shoes were provided. Loved the place. La chambre était spacieuse pour un hôtel japonais, mais le lit était très dur (nous nous sommes habitués après quelques nuits). Dans l’ensemble, nous avons eu une très belle expérience !"
