But with that comes the Cancun syndrome of the party set that drinks and talks way to loud as they pass by outside in the middle of the night. Apt was ok - reasonably spacious. Location is good in North Tel Aviv near the port, a bit away from city center, close to beaches. Street parking is an issue, though if you pay for a lot this is resolved. Street facing units somewhat noisy on busy Dizengoff Street. The room itself was large and comfortable, with TV and workable kitchen unit with fridge and microwave, plates, etc. that enable eating in if desired. The sheets and towels, as well as the room itself were clean. The only issue I had with the room, and I do not know the extent to which it was the fault of the hotel management and whether they could remedy it, was that the bathroom, after the first day, had a strong odor. The odor was a mix of a strong chemical disinfectant and sewage. This made use of the bathroom unpleasant and required that its door be closed constantly. I do not believe this was a cleanliness problem per se, as the room was very clean and I would not be surprised if this is a problem more widely distributed than this hotel in this area of Tel Aviv. But I do not know for certain. With this problem noted, and for some it will be a deal killer, the hotel was otherwise fine. ##### Jorge ### 8/10 – Bien #### H, Rotterdam 19 sept. 2009 Points forts : Propreté, service et personnel, état et installations de l’hébergement et confort de la chambre. #### A nice place in Tel Aviv We stayed at Dizengof Appartments for a week in Sept 2009 and were very satisfied. Our flight arrived in Tel Aviv in the middle of the night but they made arrangements so that we can get the keys. Sharon, who is working there, was very kind, and offered us tips and hints about Tel Aviv. We had a problem with the water supply in the appartment (our fault) and it was repaired very quickly! The appartment was clean and neat, towels and bedclothes were provided. The appartment is very close to a local bus station, to a supermarket, to a nice beach and to a "party area" of Tel Aviv in the North. Only thing that was a bit negative was the noise. The living room was facing Dizengof street which has quite some traffic in the morning. Even if windows are closed you hear it. However, all in all, if we ever go back to Tel Aviv we will certainly stay here again.
