The house has large rooms and an amazing front yard. Backyard is also equipped with fire pit and grill. Perfect place for a relaxing stay

I contacted them about an immediate concern that they should address and I hope they did.We suggest that they spend a few days there as a guest would to see the many things needing attention. The house is basically clean with good location.

A perfect place to stay when visiting my son and daughter in law who just moved to Tacoma. Close to the train and easy access To Seattle for sightseeing and getting to the Seahawks and Commanders game. Cozy, well equipped house and all three bedrooms with comfortable beds and bedding. Hope to be able to stay here next time we visit.

This house worked well for our group. It had room for everyone. House has been updated and is new inside, while having the charm of being in a historic neighborhood. Would stay here again.
