We visited for Grandma’s marathon in Duluth, MN and this place was the perfect base camp. It was a quick drive to downtown Duluth and there was some great food and convenient shopping. The basement is awesome for playing games and hanging out. We were visiting my daughter who attends an Art school in Duluth, and it's a quick drive back and forth. All the rooms were beautiful! Unbelievable at just how stocked the house was with everything you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked and again, so clean! Same with the bathrooms! Minimal “rules” and checkout directions, which made the stay enjoyable and less stressful. Very accommodating and pleasant to work with! Would love to stay again! There were 10 of us in the group and plenty of space. The games in the basement were great to have! We did get to enjoy the gas fire pit outside for a bit since we had some decent temps and we were able to go for a couple nice walks to different places in the area. ##### Kristie J. Having 4 bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect for our group. We appreciated the cozy couches and games, the coffee/tea/snacks that were provided, and the comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped. There was spacious seating in the living room. We enjoyed the fire pit outside. The only downfall was the tight squeeze at the dining room table. There is a large table in the basement but it was too cold for us to take advantage of that.
