Just 10 mins from Gatcombe Park and 5 mins to the station with fast trains to London The Space: Welcome to Newton Cottage, a charming Grade II listed period home nestled in the heart of Amberley. Perfect for couples, friends, or a family of four, this beautifully presented cottage blends historic character with modern comfort. On the lower level, you’ll find a spacious family sitting room and dining area with a cosy log burner in the lounge — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Cotswolds. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, and combination washer/dryer, while the contemporary bathroom provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a plush queen-size bed, and the second bedroom features full-size adult bunk beds — ideal for children or additional guests. Step outside to enjoy a private patio and terrace, where you can take in beautiful views of the surrounding hills — a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. The cottage is fitted with central heating, and all utilities are included. You’ll also have access to free Wi-Fi, a modern LED TV, and a DVD player for cosy nights in. Guest Access: Our guests have private use of the cottage , a small driveway or roadside parking for 1 car and private garden. The Neighborhood: The village has a great local pub and surrounding villages offer a variety of choice. Minchinhampton village and common is in an area of natural beauty and surrounded by rolling hills, Cotswold stone, sheep and beautiful villages. Great base for a trip to Gifford Circus - it is much more than a Circus, it's a magical nod to old fashioned circus with a glamorous twist. Getting Around: We have a small driveway or roadside parking for one car. The Cotswolds is a rural location so it is highly recommend using a car to get around the area.
