The outside patio furniture was dirty and the though the fenced in yard was great for our dogs, the yard was a bit unkept and very overgrown. The only thing that was missing was another shower. The porch is a wonderful place to play games, drink coffee and just hangout on. I wish it was a little cleaner. The location is super close to town and we only had a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of places to sit relax inside and eat at the dinner table.
