The actual spot was nice but the management was horrid. When we arrived we noticed one of the beds was broken. We immediately emailed management and sent a picture which they acknowledged. Since it was moments after check in it obviously wasn’t us. Two weeks later we were informed we were being charged $25 for breaking the bed. From that point on they were impossible to contact. Multiple emails later, a few phone calls no one ever got back to us and we are out $25. It’s only $25 but it’s the principle of the matter. During our stay we were immediately responded to. Since then, not one single email or call was responded to.
