We really would have liked knowing that as we probably would have gone somewhere else. With both being in between seasons and it raining and hailing off and on the whole time we were there we were really relying on those amenities being available. However, our stay at this condo was not as great. The apartment was extremely cold, the heat would work for maybe 20 minute spurts and then cut off. We used the fireplace for warmth while we were in and shut it off before going to bed. We practically froze every night. The tv in the bedroom did not work. The biggest problem was there was mold on the shower curtain and both my partner and I ended up having allergic reactions-mine of which I had to seek medical attention for after my entire face and eyes swelled nearly shut. I have reached out and was told my concerns would be sent over to the owner/property manager but have yet to hear back. I will be seeking a refund. However we were unable to take full advantage of the property due to the Covid 19 outbreak. The clubhouse, pool, gym, etc., was shutdown the night we arrived. The ski resorts were closed within the next 2 days. Needless to say, we left early. ##### Yolande H.
