We are just a message or phone call away throughout your stay! This home is on a quiet street that is shared by a handful of homes. Please be respectful of the neighbors and use low voices outside, especially after dark. If the police are called due to noise, your reservation may be cancelled immediately with no refund. Additional guests may be younger. • Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed • A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking. You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information. Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10\. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit. It was definitely worth it to pay the extra to heat the pool and hot tub. Pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was perfect. Booking, check-in and questions with the host was effortless and timely. The house itself is immaculate with high end finishes throughout. The views of red rocks from everywhere in the house are amazing. The kitchen and main living area can easily entertain a full house without feeling crowded. The home was spacious, clean, and absolutely beautiful. The pool, hot tub and fire pits were perfect for relaxing, and the views were simply amazing. The communication with the hosts was top-notch—responsive and helpful every step of the way. It was the perfect space for my big family, and everyone truly enjoyed it. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
