For outdoor enthusiasts, the scenic trails of Saint Edward Park are just a quick drive away, perfect for a walk with your four-legged friend. And when it's time to unwind, soak in our hot tub under the canopy of trees—an ideal way to cap off your day of exploration and relaxation. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is 2390 sqft. Heating & cooling. • Second Floor: Master loft bedroom with king bed, master bathroom with bathtub & shower combo. Secret closets which are served as kid's bedroom with twin bunk beds and playroom. There are only two houses at the end of the long driveway. Please drive carefully each way. • This home has stairs and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • The garage is not available for parking but there is plenty of parking in the driveway. • Master bedroom has one wall open to the downstairs and no bedroom door to the stairwell/front door. \*\*About the Reservation\*\* • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. \*\*About Fees & Pricing\*\* • The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation. \*\*House Rules\*\* • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. The kitchen isn’t super well stocked with allll the things you’d need to make meals, but it has most of what you need to get by - even to-go containers for your leftovers. Some seasonings as well, but would bring any specifics you would like. Also not a lot of towels in the kitchen, only two hand towels and a roll of paper towels - so it was a bit of a task to clean up after meals, but we made it work! There was also no soap in the main bathroom and no refill to add either. That was a bit annoying. But overall the stay was nice and quiet. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, and the hot tub was a lovely touch of warmth and comfort for our stay. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves, and even played some games.
