Tybee Beach Club 125, is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with access to swimming pools with easy access to the beach and an on-site restaurant, The Deck, just steps away from your door. This nicely furnished condo offers an open floor plan living and dining area with stunning ocean views. The living area opens to the balcony and has a Queen size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping and a flat-screen TV. The balcony offers great views of the courtyard, community pools, and ocean. There is also a dining table that will seat 2 and a breakfast bar with seating for 2\. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances along with a stacked washer and dryer. The Primary bedroom offers a King size bed, flat-screen TV and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and offers access to the second full bath with tub/shower combo which is also accessible from the hall. WIFI Internet is available. This condo is located on the second floor of the Tybee Beach Club building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the three pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access and a local favorite restaurant, home to Tybee's only oceanfront dining. The building includes elevator access. This condo is pet-friendly, for an additional fee. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the Library, and local YMCA. Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Pool on site. Having a restaurant on site is really nice. Easy access to beach. Not over crowded. Beds were alright. No closet in extra bedroom (did not realize this). The remote for the extra bedroom was missing, so we were unable to turn on the light (had to use the lamps) and we were unable to change the setting for the fan. There was still some construction happening at the pool area, but we were aware of the construction timeline at the time of booking, and it did not take take anything away from the experience. ##### James T. We got lucky because this place was great. Right on the beach and easy access to lots of local restaurants. The property managers were very easy to deal with. The pool area was currently under construction (which was in the description, so not a surprise) but it looks like it will be great when it's done. Our only complaint was the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the bedding was very thin. The couch could also be replaced. These small changes would have earned an extra star. ##### Anne S. Almost everyone waiting In the lot was waiting for their room to be ready. They need more cleaning staff and more personnel. The owner should consider moving the Coach to the opposite wall. The living room is set up to face the complex instead of facing the ocean view. The master bedroom is extremely hot. They need blackout shades to cut the heat during the day in both the living room windows and master bedroom. Or perhaps the hoa needs awnings to help with the heat. Also, it appears the rugs aren’t washed very often since they were covered in sand when we checked in. There was so much sand in the living room from the rug. The kitchen needs a new omelette pan there’s is extremely old and used. It’s a nice place but is more of a college partying kind of place than family friendly. The Deck restaurant was a pleasant surprised. I’d rather go to Jekyll than Tybee Island. ##### Hilary L. Séjour de 4 nuits en juin 2020
