This Snowbird-friendly property features step-free access throughout, making it easily accessible for all guests. The well-lit path to the entrance and flat path to the front door ensure a seamless arrival experience. Inside, you'll find a cozy living space with a queen bed, cable TV, and HBO streaming for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee maker, allows for easy meal preparation.  
  
Step outside to the patio and lanai area, where you can bask in the Florida sunshine or dine al fresco with the provided patio furniture. Take a refreshing dip in the private outdoor pool, surrounded by lush greenery and outdoor lighting for evening relaxation. Pool Heat is available upon request for $30 per day with a maximum $300 per month plus tax. 48 hour advance notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.  
  
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
