You will find biking and walking trails along the quietest and nicest part of 30A. This is a comfortable family home with lots of room to spread out and relax. Soothing colors of grey, white and blue will calm your senses while breathing in that beach air. The front porch has rocking chairs and the back screened porch is enjoyable. There is a foosball table for fun for all ages and cornhole to play outside. A large outdoor entertaining area with a new outdoor BBQ grill, firepit and more. Upstairs, you will find the oversized master suite with king bed and en suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a new king bed for comfort and the second guest bedroom is fun for the kids with a twin over twin bunk bed and separate lofted twin bed. Comfy seating in this room will make it fun to play the provided Nintendo Wii! There is a good size full bathroom with shower/tub combo for your convenience. Also upstairs you will find the full size laundry room with washer and dryer. The community of Santa Rosa Golf Villas has a beautiful community pool and lounge chairs to soak in the Florida sun and cool off with a refreshing dip in the water. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach, we actually preferred driving and parking instead. The bunk room did stay a little warm and the fan didn’t work so we had to buy our own to keep the air circulating. The inside and outdoor space were great and accommodating to all! Perfect location for us - 15 min walk to beach/2 min drive. Appreciated the chairs and umbrella for use at the beach! Loved the screened porch area. Seating/set up in house was perfect for the time we spent in the house. Appreciated the pans/utensils, etc available since we made breakfast every morning before hitting the beach. The Santa Rosa Beach access was amazing and the beaches were the best in the area- so beautiful! We loved the whole area - but this little neighborhood was so great - close to what we needed but away from the busier 30a and 98 noise. It was just a 1 1/2 mile walk on a paved walking/biking path to the Gulf Place shopping area with great restaurants/shops. There was a bike rental place also which we didn’t take advantage of this trip. First time ever on the Emerald Coast but definitely won’t be our last! ##### Kathy P. We absolutely loved this wonderful home and neighborhood more than we could’ve ever imagined. We even added a night to our trip because we just weren’t ready to leave. It is such a quiet area and the home is a very short drive to the beach as it took us just 2 minutes to drive there. The pictures online just don’t do this house justice. It was perfect in so many ways. The kids loved the bunk beds and the loft bed, and the Wii is such a great touch to have something to do with the kids when you’re not at the beach. The Foosball table was a hit as well. And wow, the master bedroom is incredible. It is huge and very comfortable. The layout of the interior and the decor were very nicely done too. We felt like it was our own home during our stay and could see ourselves owning a house just like this someday. I’m very sincere and genuine when I say that. The back patio area is so nice too with the fire pit and charcoal grill. We were sad to leave, but there is no doubt we plan to stay in this home again someday! We look forward to that opportunity!
