« L’hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques pas du métro et au cœur du quartier Gangnam. Il est moderne, propre et confortable. Dommage que la "vue village" se résume à une toute petite fenêtre de côté. Nous avons été déçues de l'accueil reçu au bar du Rooftop : on nous a refusé à 2 reprises des verres pour boire notre bière sous prétexte qu'elle était en bouteille et que les verres étaient réservés pour le service ... Surprenant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Donc bière bue au goulot. »

« La chambre double supérieur est beaucoup trop petite pour 2 personnes, nous ne pouvions même pas ouvrir nos valises par terre et pas du tout assez de rangement, de plus nous avions l’a vue fasse à un mur donc aucune luminosité. Nous avons passé 1 nuit dedans et le lendemain nous avons réservé la chambre double deluxe qui est plus grande avec beaucoup de rangement et une vue sur la ville. Gros problème au niveau du bruit, toute la nuit il y avait le bruit de climatisation au dessus de nos têtes...

"Literie impeccable, la chambre top, il y a une piscine interieure ou les enfants peuvent nager jusqu'a 20h et les adultes jusqu'a 22h (il faudra penser au bonnet de bain et je conseille Daiso si vous n'en avez pas) La piscine exterieure est joli avec son cote transparent et un mirroir amincissant (instagramable quoi) mais c'est cher je trouve 80kw (50e pp) Vraiment, le service etait top, que ce soit a la piscine interieure, a l'accueil (Merci Jenny) ou meme a l'arrivee a l'hotel avec une charmante et tres gentille dame Italienne."
