5 stars! We were so impressed with this luxury hotel resort. There are many things to do but if you have limited time, go to Cimer Spa, Wonderbox and their casino which are fabulous. The rooms are luxurious, and the hotel staff are professional and gracious. Beautiful places to take photos. Free shuttle from Incheon airport. And oh, I emailed them days prior to arrival, and they replied very quickly and offered detailed explanations to my questions. WOW!

A comfortable short stay
Checking in was smooth and fast. Many staff on the ground on standby to help guests. Not many shops for shopping though. Food at the food court is nice and affordable.
