We were made to feel so welcome and every staff member we met was so helpful and polite! I really want to thank the staff for the impeccable service that made my family feel so comfortable during our stay to celebrate mum's 60th. I also appreciated the fact that you could access the many facilities including the pool/spa after you check out because there is so much to do and see that you really do need the extra time! The entertainment/performances and additional pop up markets for Christmas were lovely.
