ENA hotel needs a big improvement in training and coaching the cleaning staff. I never expected the night gown I washed in the morning to sit on a dirty suitcase. Cleaning staff would never complete their work properly. They would forget multiple things and we had to call to reception each time for missing items. I would also encourage ENA hotel to coach their staff including reception to be genuinely kind and genuinely willing to help. Guests are not stupid and easily recognise when people are genuine or superficial in the attitude. Another surprise when you arrive is they don't provide breakfast due to covid but in the booking in expedia this was not mentioned when I searched for hotels with breakfasts. In general I did not receive 4-star service but with my feedback, hopefully future guests will benefit from improvements made after our stay (if they receive this as an improvement opportunity). I would like to close with a positive note that the location is great and near to subway and bus stations. Thanks for the hotel manager for helping us find beautiful locations and calling taxi for us. I hope my feedback helps ENA hotel to improve their standards and service quality of all staff in general.

I don’t like to complaint anything because I understand things are not always perfect. But I got to point this out to another who will be staying. I really don’t know why the hotel got such a high reviews. I come to the hotel because of the high cleanliness reviews. But end up so disappointed. For my vacation to Japan and Korea. This one is the worse one of cleanliness. At first, I ignored the dust on the counter by the TV and all the dirty marking on the wall, look like black mold. Then I saw the shower glass door has all spots, they didn’t clean the shower from previous stay. So I wiped it myself. Then turn around saw the bathroom door has all white spots and dust. The white dirt like toothpaste or some kind of dirts. I can’t stand it like this for 3 nights. So I called the front desk. The receptionist so nice to change the room for me to an upgrade. But still disappointing in the upgraded room, under the TV counter has a long mirror, the whole mirror covered with dusts. I am so tired that night. I didn’t bother to call the front desk again, to change to another room won’t any better. I already told the receptionist I want to have a clean room, not a big room. Away, overall very disappointing and unacceptable. Only good thing was all the receptionists are very nice, and helpful calling a taxi for us. I hope they can have a better management and hire the right people.
