"The hotel is within a block of 2 subway stations and next door to a large mall with restaurants and a theater. It is a 15 minute walk to the Han River and Ttukseom Park. The staff was so helpful with any requests. There is a convenience store downstairs for any last minute needs. The suite was huge with endless storage. The washer dryer was so convenient and easy to use. The only drawback was the air conditioning unit. It plays a chime every time it turns on and off. This woke me up all night long. In the bedroom, the AC controls have a blue light that comes on. It is very bright. Between that light, the red flashing light on the emergency pull and a red light in the ceiling, it felt like a disco at times. "
