Booked for 14 Days . . . if staying 10 nights . . . 1 night Free at Hotel Promo . . . However this wasn't offered to me as I've booked via Expedia . . . So I canceled the rest of the week and moved to Lotte World Hotel in Jamsil . . . . Shilla Stay Hotel is Very Very Noisy starting 6am every morning due to the Construction going on and will be for the Next 7 to 10 years. Unprofessional Staff, not very friendly . . . However . . . the Housekeeping is Incredibly Good and friendly. The Housekeepers go out of their way to serviced me . . . Front Desk Staff . . . Terrible ! . . . Will never stay here

This hotel is located within a few minutes walk from the Samsung Station in the Gangnam area. The Coex Center is within 10 minutes walk which has plenty of shopping and dining options. And, all these are connected via underground passageways. A very convenient, nice, clean, and comfortable hotel.

We got a very nice and clean twin bedroom at an affordable rate. The location is very close to the Samseong subway station. The rooftop bar provides an excellent view of the area. The only gripe was that the lobby was located at the top (21st) floor. With the cafeteria at the 20th floor, the 3 elevators didn't seem adequate for all the foot traffic -- especially at the breakfast time.
