We stayed for 7 nights and will never stay there again. They asked our car license plate number so it can be registered to use the parking garage freely during our stay. For 3 consecutive days we had to ask them to register our car as it was not. Of course, the first two times they said it will be taken care of, however, it took them 3 days to finally get it done which was inconvenient. Also, the room we were staying the door doesn't shut completely automatically and so we had to pull it hard to shut. We received a call a day after we had checked out (checked out on Sunday) asking us if we had used toothbrushes and drank a can of beer from the mini bar. We told them we didn't and asked if they were calling for a customer that used the room after us. The staff sounded lost and at that point figured out that she made a mistake by calling us instead of the customer who had checked in after us. We are normally good with everything if things are up to normal standard, however, despite of being a 4-star hotel, our satisfaction was below 5 out of 10. Yes, there were a couple of nice staff - seems like they have been working for a longer period as you can tell the ways how they resolve the issues vs staff who is fairly new seems like they just don't want to be there. I guess we had a high expectations for this hotel which brought more of a disappointment.
