GUESTS - You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment unless otherwise agreed. Upon request, you must supply a government ID of your guest(s) for complex security. \-- If you want to invite a larger group of guests, contact Grand Road about renting a common area for entertainment and hosting a larger group. We’d love to help. \-All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional overnight guest, please contact us or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them for the platform prices. \-All guests that are not part of the reservation must leave the premises before midnight (12 am). Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest. 8\. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. \-If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000\. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Grand Road pursues criminal and civil action as appropriate for egregious violations. 9\. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities. 10\. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. I booked a place for two adults and a child expecting a fold out couch. There wasn’t one so had to email owners again. They finally responded to look around for a twin air mattress which I found in a bag with extra sheets and a pillow but took awhile to realize I didn’t need an air pump. Very tight quarters so difficult to walk around the air mattress. Car broken into in the parking lot in a part of town that is being reclaimed from being previously considered unsafe. Ads indicated two lounges which I expected there would be items to purchase to eat and drink. Nope, just empty gathering rooms. Pool is smaller than pictures looked and not appropriate for an eleven year old child as it serves as a place for the young adult residents to gather to meet for dates.
