This 3 bedroom property located in beautiful Safety Beach 100m to the water! It's got 2 bathrooms and additional 3rd toilet downstairs. It's got a nice alfresco area and walking distance to Dromana IGA, shops and restaurants and can walk to Aldi. All the bedrooms are large and there is even a king bed in the master room! There are split systems in every bedroom and living room. The property has NBN unlimited internet as well for your enjoyment.

We had a very pleasant stay & found everything easy & comfortable. The beach is very close & the shops a nice walk away. Lots of restaurants & no need to drive! It was a tad cold at night in the living area which is big & open. Take an extra layer for the evenings in the cooler months.

The property was clean, tidy and very welcoming. Everything we needed was at the house and it comfortably fitted our family of 6\. It was walking distance to the beach, walking distance to the shops and so close to so many fantastic holiday activities. The owner was easy to communicate with and the instructions were easy to follow. Would highly recommend and I'm sure we'll visit again!

#### Location central for travelling the peninsula

Position good for some local shopping and we travelled byond Portsea, stopped at beaches along the way, did the Cable Car and wild life sanctuaries, climbed the lookout at Sorrento back beach and generally explred a lot of the Peninsula. Furniture down stairs in the unit was old and broken and uncomfortable. Garage was excellent.

The property was really good but needs a little more details like in the laundry the washing machine was left it with clothes and the dryer was full of clothes the plates at kitchen was really dirty the couch you seat and opens it self the recliner too old!! No tea or coffee at least put a few for the arrival the bathroom no soap and the owner wants 5 star I don’t think so and the location is not good too noisy that street

The house was very clean and comfortable, and all the necessities needed for a fabulous stay, perfect location, host was quick to communicate with. Everyone enjoyed. Highly recommend.

#### Excellent value for money

As a group of five retirees, we found the accommodation to be well-appointed, conveniently located and excellent value for money. Our only disappointment was the rather inclement weather which limited our enjoyment of the peninsula golf courses. However, that is a risk that you take in August. #### Spacious, comfortable seaside home.

Communication with the owner was excellent, the property was clean and very comfortable, with parking for 2 cars, easy access to the beach, shops and only a 20min drive to the hot springs. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

#### We’ll be back in the summer

Benjamin was fantastic with comms, very clear and concise information about check in and super prompt with replies. Place was beautifully presented and clean and the beds very comfortable. Travelled in the first week of June so very, very cold with rain and low temps. Would have loved to walk into a warm room and the place took a while to heat with low settings on remotes. Won’t stop us from visiting again though.
