Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy

Worse place I’ve ever stayed! Air conditioning not functioning, reached out daily to property manager with NO actions taken to fix/repair. It was HOT. Management Refusing to compensate, we paid for a service that we did not get ( air conditioning advertised). Was told we would be compensated then told we would not as apartment had air- even though no functioning. Vrbo also has not been any help. Apartment NOT clean and no pride taken in apartment. Called upon arrival and was told owner would not refund money. Walls dirty, found broken chair. Shower disgusting, the blanket they left, though we didn’t need it had a huge stain on. Stove disgusting, I could go on but I won’t.
