The hotel was well kept, employees were friendly, but they were very strict on the check in time, we arrived early and they didn't let us check in until exactly 3:00 pm

El único detalle es que el hotel está sobre avenida principal y no hay dónde te estaciones para bajar las maletas o si vas con personas mayores, porque luego luego te quitan y el de recepción tampoco ayuda mucho, lo que recomiendo es buscar un estacionamiento o en alguna calle cercana al hotel para hacer el check in y ya luego ir al estacionamiento del hotel qué queda a 3 cuadras largas.

El personal es sumamente amable, lamentablemente la condicion de los colchones en las habitaciones de tres camas es pesima, prácticamente no puedes descansar, duros y con partes sumidas. Pedi cambio de cuarto y si accedieron amablemente, sin embargo la diferencia no era mucha en cuanto al estado de los colchones.

Es un hotel pequeño ubicado en el centro histórico de Querétaro .. excederte su ubicación , todo cerca , limpieza extrema , atención del personal excelente .. el estacionamiento está lejos , mi salida era a las 6:30 de la mañana y el estacionamiento abría hasta las 8:00 am y el personal muy amablemente fue por el auto y nos trajo el coche a esa hora
