The living areas in this ground-floor property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an open fire. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a washing machine. The bedrooms consist of three doubles, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there are lawned gardens to the front and rear, along with off-road parking for three cars. Within 2.9 miles, you will find the nearest shop, and within 3.9 miles, a pub. Please note, this property is non-smoking and does not allow pets. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Make memories in Ireland by booking a stay at Cooladerry Cottage.

Region: The West of Ireland conjures up many images; thatched, whitewashed cottages, a flock of sheep on a narrow road, an emerald green field with a stone wall, or the Atlantic waves crashing into towering cliffs and rocky shores.  
  
Town: Resting on the western bank of Lough Swilly is the tiny seaside resort of Portsalon, home to one of Ireland’s top golf courses. Portsalon makes for a wonderful base for exploring the Fanad Peninsula, and boasts a picturesque harbour at Ballymastocker Bay, where you will find one of the most spectacular beaches in Ireland. Visitors can try many outdoor pursuits in this region, including golf, surfing, fishing, diving and kayaking, or if you prefer to explore in comfort and style, then the Knockalla Coastal Road encompasses excellent seascapes and lake scenery. The historic town of Rathmullan, south of Portsalon, provides a lovely afternoon out, where you can take a tour of the Kinnegar Brewery and hopefully sample some of the local produce! With something for everyone, Portsalon is a wonderful location for discovering County Donegal and the North West.
