Spacious studio located very conveniently near Campanha train/metro station and a 5min walk from Heroisimo Metro station. A great café and tasquinha right next door with good food and service. The team was great! Kind and always responded within an hour. Auf den ersten Eindruck gut und für uns ausreichend. Doch wir wurden eines Besseren belehrt. Ameisenköder verteilt in der Wohnung, damit konnten wir uns arrangieren. Ameisenstraße dann schon in der gesamten Küche am Abend unserer Anreise (was sich bis zur Abreise nur verschlimmerte) . Das war allerdings nicht alles. Insektenbisse schon am nächsten Morgen bei unseren Kindern, die auf dem Sofa schliefen. Keine Mücke weit und breit auffindbar. Nach zwei weiteren Nächten hatten die Kinder allerdings schon mehr als 25 Bisse. Der Beweis lief über das Bettlaken. Bettwanzen. Kontakt zum Vermieter bzw Hausverwaltung aufgenommen. Es wurde das Ganze verharmlost. Beweise in Form von Fotos wurden geliefert und unsererseits Entschädigung gefordert. Angebelich wurde eine Firma geschickt, die bestätigte, dass keine Bettwanzen vor Ort wären. Video wurde als Beweis an Plattform gesendet. Leider keine Reaktion, keine Entschädigung.
