Summary:
Welcome to our Terrace Downtown apartment, a two-bedroom apartment with a lovely rear terrace, perfect for breathing in the city air and immersing yourself in the invincible spirit of Porto.

The Space:
You will find one bedroom with a double bed and another with a single bed, which has a pull-out trundle; two bathrooms, each with a shower; a living room with a flat-screen TV, cable channels, and a sofa bed for an extra guest; the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a washer and dryer located inside the bright sunroom.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible only by stairs.

The Neighborhood:
Rua da Alegria (which means "street of joy") is one of the most eclectic avenues in Porto, and we suggest you explore it—you'll surely get to know its name.

Places like Neveiros, one of the oldest ice cream shops in the city, or the Portucale restaurant on the 14th floor, offering a unique view of the city, are less than 10 minutes on foot. And for exploring farther, you have the metro at the Combatentes station, just 50 meters away.

Other Things to Note:
Important note: there is construction work going on near the apartment, which causes noise between 8:00 and 19:00. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it could affect our guests' stay. As such, we are guided by a policy of transparency, so that our guests' expectations are duly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a charge will apply (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, there will be a €40 fee after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation.

For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and internet/television package costs of €190. If this limit is exceeded, the additional amount will be charged to the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property, whenever requested, to conduct property inspections. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.

We offer a transfer service that will drop you off at the apartment! You just need to ask (price upon consultation).

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation).

If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.
