"The staff at the hotel were incredible, very helpful and attentive.
The hotel is very clean and the food was also was very good and reasonably priced. "
"This hotel is east of the center, behind Santa Croce, it’s outside the old walls so parking is much easier and no risk of accidentally entering a ZTL. Less crowded area, not over run by tourists as hotels in the center. Walkable 15 minutes to Duomo. "
"I loved the place. Stayed for one day. It was nice clean room. A little small, but had everything we needed. The place was across the train station. Very convenient."
"Columbus Urban is a beautiful property far from the Center but close enough to walk. Beautifully crafted. Nice and Luxurious! I will recommend this Hotel to my friends!"
"Rooms were nice, clean, quiet, and spacious. Nice location in real Florence neighborhood with good food nearby but also walkable to the river and the major attractions. Enrico, the proprietor, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and gracious."

"We stayed 3 nights in this nice hotel in the centre of Flornce and thoroughly enjoyed our time. "
"Beautiful property in a very good area. Staff were kind and eager to help make our stay wonderful. Especially Luca, upon greeting us on our arrival his smile and attitude made us feel so welcome. We had 2 rooms both lovely that had great air conditioning, super comfortable beds and pillows. The showers have good water pressure and nice toiletries.
The pool even though it’s is small really makes a difference and a nice break from the heat, plus the view from the roof top deck is amazing day and night. However the pool should stay open a little later…then it would be perfect. I would go back for sure. Just book it you won’t be sorry. "
