« Aucune insonorisation dans tout l'hotel. Du bruit jour et nuit, un enfer Ménage négligé. Salle de bain douche vétuste, joints sales et rouillés.Vue chambre queen deluxe annoncée sur jardin mais donne sur un escalier dans une cour sale avec des chambres en travaux. Netflix annoncé sur site mais au bout de 2 jours de demande le responsable annonce que les téléviseurs sont trop vieux pour avoir netflix dessus ! 1er janvier 7h45 ménage dans les couloirs et les chambres ! Le soir a 20h passage de...

« This property is in a beautiful historic area surrounded by castle walls and tower and walking distance to Piazzle Michelangelo. We did not see a close store for groceries, but enjoyed the restaurant across the street. The only problem was the shower...no window covering for privacy and the water did not drain well. »

"Plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel et toujours le même plaisir di séjourné. Idéalement situé, proche de la gare, a proximité du marché couvert, et bien entendu du centre de la ville. Personnel avenant et très a l’écoute des clients. Chambre propre bien équipé, calme. Petit déjeuner correcte, servie par Jessica et Carla très serviable, à l’écoute de nos demandes, seul petit bémol, l’espace collation très exigu, ce sera avec plaisir que nous y retournerons. Deux choses excessive que l’hôtel ne maitrise pas, taxes de séjour et le prix des parking"
