Best Staff experience in Italy. Extremely helpfull and friendly. I felt like I was home. I loved the balcony view. It was like be at my backyard at home. Absolutely loved it.

The balcony view is amazing.... Totally worth it the inner garden with lemon trees and a big cypress on the adjacent property the balcony has a roll up tent. Also a cute ginger cat!

Our room was quite big and comfortable, but that’s it. If you wanted AC you have to pay. Do you want to sit at the terrace? You have to pay. No hair dryer either. The people were great though

At my request my room was on a low floor because I knew in advance that there wasn’t an elevator. This made my stay much more comfortable. The hotel is a 25 minute walk (almost completely flat) to the historic area. Very convenient location.

Nice and clean hotel. Our room had a balcony with a pretty view. Staff speaks some English and Spanish, they are all very polite and helpful. Location is okay and safe but you will need to take a taxi to train terminal or downtown to the touristic attractions ($15-20 euros) Good breakfast too. Overall recommend.

Disappointed in this hotel, despite advertising they have multi lingual staff, free onsite parking and valet parking, they don’t have any of these. The rooms are clean and the terrace was nice to sit on but the whole place is generally fairly old and run down.

The air conditioner doesn't work properly. Despite of that we could sleep because there was a ventilator. An english speaker at receptionist would be nice because we as tourist don't speak italian. The breakfast was good tough.

Very clean and spacious room and clean bathroom, Very quiet and a 30minute walk from the main train station and most of the the attractions in the city. There was a nice continental breakfast too and the room was made available early for checking in as we had arrived earlier than expected. There were a number of restaurants and cafes nearby

Very bad experience, no elevator, had to lift 50 Lb bags to 2nd floor, requested to help rudely said no , no coffee maker hot water kettle in room and lots of mosquitoes
