"Easy access from the train station of about a 3 minute walk. Right on the edge of the main shopping and attraction action of Florence so you do not feel like you are right in the crowds. The view from the bar/restaurant are great also. Service was always accommodating and the food was good. The shower/bath was a little crowded with how the fictures are placed but otherwise the bathroom was fine, the room was good, everything was clean and fun. I would recommend this to my friends also."

"The hotel is convenient to the important sites, since it is located about a block and a half from the Duomo. Driving and parking is a struggle in that area but the hotel staff provided a convenient work-around that made things much easier. In this and many other things the staff were very helpful. "

"Haven’t been to a hostel this clean. The toilet looks like a hotel. I’d highly recommend staying here. Free towels to use, unlike other hostels where you have to pay €2. Walkable distance to attractions. "

The staff went above and beyond—surprising each of my kids with a stuffed animal and even keeping the restaurant open a little later so they could have dinner after a long day. Every team member we met was warm, thoughtful, and made us feel like valued guests. We’ll definitely be back—and next time for more than just a short stay!"
