The cabin was great! It stormed which led to a perfect cozy weekend with our dogs. Cabin was super clean and everything was as listed. Host made it super easy to locate and we would definitely stay again!
Great little cabin with everything we needed. Melissa was great and helped us with our canoe float trip. Very quiet area but still close to everything.
We had an amazing time. We would love to stay once again!
Anyone wondering if this is the place to stay? Let me confirm that it definitely is! Be sure to check out the local restaurants, they are also incredible!
Where do I even begin, we absolutely LOVE this place and Melissa is absolutely wonderful to work with and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable! This was our second time coming here and we plan on coming back every year! Beautiful sunsets and scenery-if you’re wanting to disconnect and enjoy peace and nature then this is the spot. We also love that there are trails for hiking and water for kayaking so close! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic property. Updated amenities. Cozy and quiet. There is a lot to do around it. Bentonville, Buena vista, Eureka springs, beaver lake etc are all within a quick drive. For the price it’s an absolute must stay. We stayed in the winter so we didn’t even get a chance to experience the elk river.
We had the most wonderful time at the cabin in the woods!! The cabin was perfect and the property was a great treat for my dog who played endlessly with Biggie Smalls, the resident dog. The magic was at night though, first with stunning sunsets ! followed by the star filled skies at night....unfortunately because of the heat I didn't use the hot tub, but it was tempting. I wish I could have stayed longer, but those few days will last in my memory for the rest of my life!!!
What a great place to stay after a long day of hiking! The cabin was very clean and comfortable….. had everything we could possibly need. The hot tub was AMAZING!!! Our host went out of her way to ensure our stay was great. I highly recommend and plan to come back in the future.
We had the best time in Melissa's little cabin! It was the perfect place for our weekend trip. Melissa is fantastic! She's super sweet and very responsive. The hot tub was amazing after a long day floating the river. We will definitely be returning!
The place itself was nice, clean, and cute. Just as pictured. The description online didnt match.

Our stay in Pineville
Need water filters knowing they have water that is not suitable for drinking nor really bathing. They said it had high Sulfur. Ok it smells and taste bad for someone that is not use to it.
My mom and I had a wonderful and quite stay at Melissa's cabin. Melissa was an amazing host and made sure to stay in communication about everything. The cabin was absolutely adorable and super cozy! The entire atmosphere was amazing .... from the view into the woods off the back porch, to the pitch black nights where thousands of stars were visible, to the sound of the rain on the metal roof the second night we stayed. We will definitely go back and also refer this place to friends and family! If you want somewhere quite to go and have the option to soak in a hot tub, this is a great place.

Ok, not great.
Had to deal with loud young campers that did not clean up after themselves and left the hot tub area a mess two nights in a row. Third night the hot tub didn’t even ever warm up. The cabin was extremely dusty. The Roku Tv did not work, thankfully we brought a laptop. Vagrant dog hanging about that made my pets very uneasy. I’ll give it a 3 out of 10. Wasn’t worth the price.

Not a property for 3 people, yet the ad said 3
The check in process was not a problem, but walking into the cabin… the front door glass was shattered. The pictures looked as if the hot tub was private with this cabin, it is not, it’s a shared hot tub, while there’s an empty hot tub canopy stand right next to the cabin… empty, no hot tub, we had to go to the other cabin on the property to get in the hot tub, that’s on me, I guess I didn’t read the fine print and trusted pictures.I booked this property with the ages of myself, and my two teenage boys. 3 people. When opening the broken glass door, I tell my boys to be careful and not shut the door too hard. Walk in, and there’s just a full size bed. My oldest son is 6’4” and my youngest son is 5’7”, I’m 5’ 10”, we all aren’t fitting on the bed. Text the property owner, she states she can run to Walmart and get an air mattress, perfect. I text her thank you for accommodating. I took my boys to dinner in Bella Vista, came back, an air mattress, pump and a broom were at the door. Get in the hot tub, with my teenage boys, and we start relaxing, the other people in the cabin decided to start a fire, it was windy and the fire was getting big, poor water on it until it was “out”. They go inside and minutes later the fire ignited and started to have a flame with embers going all over the leaves, grass. My oldest put it out. The shower drain makes entire house smell like mildew and hair all over the shower. Owner made comments on how “big” my boys were. Never should have been able to
